General Information

Please familiarise yourself with the Easy Steps To Property Searching and view samples of products before ordering:-

1. REGISTER SEARCH (COPY OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE)

Available by fax or email for digital titles with a Volume greater than 5000 and available by fax for metric Crown Leases with a Volume greater than 1500.

2. PROPERTY AND VALUATION INFORMATION

    An online package of information that includes:-

• Ownership and plan parcel details
• Capital and site valuation
• Sales details
• Building details (where applicable)
• Property locality map

3. SURVEY PLAN IMAGE

Where an identified property has a corresponding survey plan users are able to view the survey plan image online. To test whether you have a suitable viewer or to get a plug-in for your browser follow this link.

4. CHECK SEARCH

Shows details of any unregistered or registered documents relating to a property within the last 90 days together with any Registrar-General's notes.

5. SA WATER SPECIAL METER READING

Before ordering please familiarise yourself with the Easy steps to ordering a SA Water Special Meter Reading Certificate.

6. PROPERTY LOCATION BROWSER

Allows users to find a property via a locality map

7. LAND SERVICES GROUP WEBSITE

The Land Services Group website provides land administration information, products, services, and publications. Included on the site are customer communications, manuals, related interactive applications and a fee calculator.

8. CUSTOMISE SCREEN

Allows the user to customise the appearance of the PropertyAssist Screens so less toner is used when printing.

9. BROWSER CONFIGURATION

We recommend the use of Internet Explorer 5 or above for PropertyAssist with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
